The average value of homes on Thornwood Gardens in London is a staggering £8.7m. And this street came last on the list of Britain’s top 20 most expensive streets.

According to Zoopla’s Property Rich List, the top 20 most expensive streets in Britain are all in London.

These streets boast homes worth 150 times the national average.

The list is compiled on the basis of Zoopla’s “Zed index” which calculates the average property values in a given area based on current Zoopla estimates.
