OUR STORY

Fraser Morgan was founded in 2007 by Mark Robinson, a property investment and development expert with 30 years’ experience in the industry.

The business was founded on the values of integrity, fairness, transparency and professionalism, initially offering a comprehensive land and property acquisitions service to vendors and investors alike.

We quickly diversified and became a developer in our own right, specialising in quality residential-led developments aimed at owner-occupiers and investors.

We’ve built a solid reputation for offering excellent property investment opportunities and growth returns for our investors.

Managing Director

As founder and MD, Mark ensures Fraser Morgan delivers a product that’s been produced with quality and pride from inception to completion. With years of experience in the industry, he prides himself on delivering projects on-time and budget. Mark’s philosophy is always look outside any restrictive parameters, stretching boundaries to find ways forward. As a result, he has put together some unique products in his time, offering landowners and investors a quality, tailored service.

Harry Layborun, Office and Sales Manager

Harry Laybourn

Company Director

Harry joined Fraser Morgan in 2014 after working for a leading provider of student accommodation in the UK, for the previous five years. He manages the office staff and oversees day-to-day operations. He specialises in sales progression, training and competitor analysis, helping Fraser Morgan to stay at the forefront of the property development and investment market.

Heidi Hawkins

Marketing Manager

Heidi joined the team with a wealth of marketing knowledge from previous agency roles and in-house departments, including Architects and Building Consultants AHR. Heidi is the marketing lead for Fraser Morgan, as well as our management operator Nurtur Student Living.

Jamie Keenan

Accounts Manager

Jamie has joined the team as our Accounts Manager, having previously worked for the Textile Centre of Excellence racking up over 20 years of accounting experience. Jamie’s role will be pivotal in supporting Fraser Morgan, as well as our subsidiary company, Nurtur Student Living.

Emma Young

Key Account Manager

Emma is our Key Account Manager, officially joining the Fraser Morgan team in 2020 having worked closely with the company for a number of years on the development and sales of our investment properties and inception of Nurtur Student Living brand.

Lucy Carby

Office Administrator

Lucy joins the team in a supporting role as Office Administrator. Lucy’s remit is to assist with the day-to-day running of the office and provide vital support to the management team.
