Biggest gainers & losers in London property, by borough

It looks like property is making a comeback.
Rightmove’s monthly house price index, the largest sample of UK residential property prices, showed UK house prices grew 2.1% on average in February (up from 1.4% growth in January).

The average UK house is now worth £279,000.

London looks like it’s defying recent bits of research showing a slow-down.

Rightmove’s index shows average London house prices growing 2.8% in February to £531,000.

That’s not quite the staggering figures we’ve seen in some months, but it’s still robust growth.

So which London boroughs are the best and worst performers for house price growth?
