Our Sheffield student development, Nurtur House has been awarded Best Residential Development at the Northern Design Awards.
Nurtur House scooped the award on Friday night at a glitzy ceremony in Manchester.
The category recognises developments that effectively demonstrate high levels of user satisfaction and comfort, as well as delivering outstanding building performance with exceptional interiors.
Nurtur House faced some fierce competition, including luxury housing developments in Cheshire, Altrincham, and Cheadle.
